Day 1: Moshi to Serengeti National Park

Early in the morning we’ll depart for Serengeti National Park leaving Moshi behind. As we pass by the rim of Ngorongoro Crater on our way to Serengeti, we’ll be offered with mesmerizing sightings of animals, golden savannah, and never ending plains which are filled with zebras, wildebeest and giraffes make it easy to understand why the Serengeti is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa. On this day, we will enjoy a picnic lunch on Naabai kopje (a small, rocky hill in a generally flat area), where you will have the opportunity to view the Serengeti’s famous pink-headed lizards. After lunch, we will proceed further into the plains for a leisurely game drive. You’ll be accommodated at the Serengeti Camp where you’ll fall asleep amidst playful calls of zebra and hyenas. An all inclusive camping facilities comes with our guarantee as with our other tour packages.

Animals like lion, leopard, elephant, cheetah, zebra, buffalo, and wildebeest are common sighting in this iconic park. In addition to that, expect to see hyenas, crocodiles, elands, gazelles, giraffes, baboons, monkeys, hippos, rhinos and antelopes. Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

In the morning hours, we’ll leave for Ngorongoro Crater for a full day game drive. But before that, we’ll be having a short game drive in Serengeti itself which will be last in the park. After an exciting game drive full of animal sightings and a picnic lunch, we will drive to the Crater. This night we will stay at Simba Camp, overlooking the unbroken caldera of Ngorongoro crater. The views of the sunset over the Savannah are absolutely breathtaking. After a long day of adventuring, guests will enjoy a tasty dinner prepared by our friendly cook.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early morning breakfast, we will hurry to Ngorongoro Crater, as it is the best time to spot animals. On this day, we will enjoy a game drive around the crater and stop for a picnic lunch at a small lake within the park. The lake is home to many hippos and migratory birds, so guests will be sure to enjoy the visit! Due to the animal “oasis‿ created within the crater, there is a high possibility of spotting every member of The Big five. This group consists of some of the physically strongest animal species in Africa which includes the might lion, humongous elephant, stealthy leopard, rock-solid rhino, and peace-loving water buffalo. Did you know it was formed over two million of years ago? A large volcano erupted, collapsing the volcano, but left a perfectly unbroken crater, known as a caldera. Within the crater, you’ll be seeing zebras, hippos, wildebeests, hyenas all packed in the crater. Next to the soda lake, you can find flocks of flamingos and large hawks and vultures circling the sky. Beautiful storks, ibis, and cranes are popular waterbirds in the crater, a sight not to miss. After a lovely afternoon of animal sightings, we will finally start our journey back to Moshi.
