Following your morning breakfast, you’ll be greeted by our safari tour guide who will brief you on the day’s plan. After packing your bags, he’ll take you eastwards to the Arusha National Park. It is a small, but beautiful, park which is the closest to both Arusha Safari town and Kilimanjaro International Airport. Because of the close proximity, it is preferred by travellers for a one-day safari tour. The wildlife of this park is abundant, and also the topography is varied and beautiful at the same time. The three most significant features of the park include the Mount Meru (second highest mountain of Tanzania), Momella Lakes, and Ngurdoto Crater which is 3 km wide formed 15 million years ago.

A picnic lunch will be organized inside of the park following which there’ll be a game drive to both Momella Lakes and Ngurdoto Crater. Wildlife which can be spotted with ease are African buffalos, elephants, hippopotamuses, giraffes, warthogs, zebras, antelopes, monkeys, and with a bit of luck, rare leopards and hyenas. After the wonderful game drive, you’ll head back to Arusha where our safari adventure will end. A tip of $20 to $30 should be handed to the tour guides for the service provided. Then you’ll be taken to your hotel which will mark the end of our safari package and services.
